use to have waves in my hair from 6th through 9th grade. I can honestly say that I brushed my hair quite a bit during that time. Ever since I have been using the same pomades, brushes, and du-rags and my waves haven't came back. But I only brush my hair for about 2-5 minutes and thats because im about to go to bed. Is that why I am not getting my waves back?Is it REALLY necessary to brush your hair thousands of times to get waves?
braid your hair before you go to sleep. when you wake up, unbraid them and voala your hair will be wavyIs it REALLY necessary to brush your hair thousands of times to get waves?
No, it's not the reason. It's simply in your DNA. You're probably changing and puberty changes everyone a lot. I used to have blond very curly hair as a kid, and now I have dark brown, almost completely straight hair. Don't worry. If you want a wavy hair-do, go to a hairdresser or get a figaro.
take your hair and put it in a ponytail, and twist it then use yet another scrunchi or rubber band to hold it in place. Leave it there all night or for a considerable amount of time. When you wake up, it should remain there and look quite natural. :)
I don't know why you had waves then and don't now, but if you want waves in your hair there are hair styling irons that can do that. Just look for them at walmart or wherever you go to get curling irons/flat irons.
I dont think brushing your hair has anything to do with getting waves. I don't brush my hair very much at all and I have crazy waves. I think your natural hair can change overtime, so I think you just grew out of the waves..
If it is longer than it used to be, that can cause waves to stretch [ flatten ] out.
Brushing has nothing to do with waves.
I think it does have something to do with it. But also supposedly your body changes every 7 years or so
no, the less you brush it the more wavy it will be. that is, if your hair is or has been naturally wavy
no that is not the reason you probably just grew out of it if you want it wavy braid your hair b4 bed and valla
