How do you brush your hair from bottom to top?

i heard that if u brush ur hair from top to bottom ur roots get pulled out. so now u hav to brush ur hair from bottom to top. how do u do that???How do you brush your hair from bottom to top?
You still brush down, lol. Start two inches from the tip and brush down, then brush down from two inches higher, then two inches higher etc. until you have brushed all your hair. It's a lot less painful.How do you brush your hair from bottom to top?
You don't necessarily do bottom to top.


You put your brush at about 1/4 of ur hair on the bottom and brush it down.


Then put ur brush up again and brush at 2/4 of ur hair.


etc..


I cant really explain it well.. but you just dont litterally go bottom to top.
