How do you brush your hair?

its spikey and frilly and i need to brush it.How do you brush your hair?
I'm guessing your a guy. brush your hair in one direction. Thatmakes it look neat.How do you brush your hair?
dont brush it while its wet coz youll get split ends use a [paddle brush so itll be smooth and i think brush it all back the make a parting or brush it all forward and make a fringe? just experiment :)
Comb it while it's wet and gel it if you want to keep it. (Assuming your a guy.)
