Brushing you're hair gets rid of dead hair. But brushing too much or too hard isnt good for you're hair. You loose about 5,000 stands a day plus brushing... I would say dont brush too hard.. keep soft, maybe try combing youre hair.Will your hairline push back if you brush your hair too hard?
