Is it true that the more you brush your hair the longer it grows?

NoIs it true that the more you brush your hair the longer it grows?
This is an ongoing debate. Many people have told me it does, and doesnt. Keeping your hair pulled back in a tight pony tail does work. It pulls the roots and helps it grow. And with brushing it also helps pull the root, but then also breaks the ends. I suggest the ponytail, and vitamins by the name of BODY ROCKS. Good Luck!Is it true that the more you brush your hair the longer it grows?
No i think the more you brush your hair the more it falls out, unless you massage your scalp which may help it grown abit more.

Hope this helped.
Kind of.

When your scalp is massaged, your hair grows faster. so instead of just brushing your whole head for 5 minutes, focus on going over your scalp with the brush more.
No I dont think this is true, but when you wash your hair if you firmly massage it then yes that will make your hair grow longer and quicker, I got told that in college only last week,.
No, but a head massage stimulates the hair follicles and encourages growth.
Try pre-natal vitamins and only take one a day. Makes your hair grow like wildfire.
no, it does grow about 6 inches a year though. eat jello for thicker nicer hair.
No, if that was the case my hair would have already grown back out.
